P90X Classic – Week 4 of 13

Well, here we are at the end of the first month.  I don’t think P90X is bad, it definitely isn’t as strenuous as Insanity, but that is a good thing since they’re both aiming to do different things.

Monday: Yoga X

Yoga is as Yoga does,  still a little on the long side, but very good none-the-less.

Tuesday: Core Synergistics

Not a bad workout.

Wednesday: Kenpo X

I did some other martial arts stuff instead of Kenpo X.

Thursday: X Stretch

I still really like this one.  I know I’m going to sound like a broken record, but this and Yoga X are probably the two best routines in P90X.

Friday: Core Synergistics

Not bad a second time, at least tomorrow is one of my favorites.

Saturday: Yoga X

Again, I love this workout.

Sunday: X Stretch

Even though this is like Yoga X, I still like it.

Weekly Thoughts

  • This was a rest week and I don’t really think I needed it.  I would have liked another week of workout myself.  But, to each their own, it wasn’t bad.
