P90X Classic – Week 9 of 13

Ahh, here we are, the last phase of the system.

Monday: Chest & Back and Ab Ripper X

Well, after a week off thanks to adjusting to a new work schedule, I’m back at it.  This chest and back exercising is a lot of pull ups and push ups.  So I was all ready for them, it’s a great way to wake up in the morning.

Tuesday: Plyometrics

Yum, yum plyometrics.  Jumping, jogging and making a lot of noise from moving.  Great stuff.

Wednesday: Shoulders & Arms and Ab Ripper X

Arms, shoulders, abs, they burn.  I suppose this is a good thing, yes? 🙂

Thursday: Yoga X

1.5 hours of stretching, its pretty good stuff.

Friday: Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X

I like the legs and back routine, just sometimes I don’t feel it does what I want it to do.

Saturday: Kenpo X

I didn’t feel like doing Kenpo X so I did an Insanity routine.

Sunday: Rest or X Stretch

I’m choosing rest today.

Weekly Thoughts

I’m working out early in the morning now, the workouts do a nice job of waking me up.  Plus when I get home it allows me to focus on school-work instead of trying to cram a lot more stuff into a finite amount of time before bedtime.
