P90X Classic – Week 11 of 13

Now we change it up for basically the last two weeks and then one week of rest / cool down and I’ll have completed the first round of P90X.

Monday: Chest, Shoulders and Triceps, and Ab Ripper X

I prefer this workout over the chest and back work out for sure.

Tuesday: Plyometrics

As normal, I did an Insanity workout instead.

Wednesday: Back and Biceps, Ab Ripper X

Still good on this one.

Thursday: Yoga X

I still think this and X Stretch are the two best disks in the entire series.

Friday: Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X

This one still doesn’t do a lot for me, but I know it needs to be done.

Saturday: Kenpo X

Skipped this one today, New Years Eve Parties are awesome, but they sure take a lot out of you.  I took my dog for a ride and then for a walk in place of the workout.  Not as good as the workout, but it was something and it was good.

Sunday: Rest

I chose rest since I’ll be heading into work tomorrow morning (hence my posting this on a Saturday).

Weekly Thoughts:

I messed up the ordering of the weeks here.  It wasn’t supposed to be two weeks of one workout routine, then two weeks of another, I was supposed to alternate this one with the one I was doing for two weeks.  Not that it really matters though.
