Steamed Salmon


  • Salmon fillets
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Any other spices you’d like
  • Olive oil


Squeeze the lemons to get lemon juice.  Rub the salmon fillets in lemon juice, salt and pepper (and any other spices you decided on).  Place a pan (with lid) that can hold the salmon onto a burner on medium to medium-high heat.  Pour some olive oil into the pan then place the salmon into the pan and place the lid on the pan.  Let it steam for 10 minutes or until your liking.  If you want to steam asparagus, put it into the pan about 3 to 5 minutes before the salmon is complete.
